❓ What’s Your Return Policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect, please contact us at transcendypath@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo proof of the issue — we’re here to help!


📦 Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect 
  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
  • You provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • The item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached 

We do not offer size exchanges. However, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund for eligible items.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Mislabeled or incorrect

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
🚫 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


🚚 Lost, Returned, or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned due to an:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, or 
  • Unclaimed delivery

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses.
Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days, then donated or discarded.


🌍 EU Customers

Customized or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect products.


🇧🇷 Brazil Customers

Customers in Brazil have 7 days from receipt to request a refund for unused items.
You must provide photo proof of the item’s condition.
All items will be inspected before any refund is approved.
