When will I get my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be fulfilled before shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

• USA: 3-4 business days 
  
• Europe: 6-8 business days
  
• Australia: 2-14 business days
  
• Japan: 4-8 business days
• International 10-20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery.

Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are assessed by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to understand any fees that may apply to your order.

What if I haven’t received my order?

Before contacting us, please:

• Double-check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in your delivery address.
• Check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
• Ask your neighbours if the package was left with them. 

If everything appears correct and your package is still missing, please contact us at transcendypath@gmail.com with your order number. If there was a mistake with your shipping address, we can send a replacement, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
