Where will my order ship from?
We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are assessed by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to understand any fees that may apply to your order.
What if I haven’t received my order?
Before contacting us, please:
- Double-check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in your delivery address.
- Check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
- Ask your neighbours if the package was left with them.
If everything appears correct and your package is still missing, please contact us at transcendypath@gmail.com with your order number. If there was a mistake with your shipping address, we can send a replacement, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

📦 Returns
We only accept returns if:
- The item is damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue
- The item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached
We do not offer size exchanges. However, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund for eligible items.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are:
- Damaged or defective
- Mislabeled or incorrect
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

🚚 Lost, Returned, or Unclaimed Packages
If your package is returned due to an:

Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated or discarded.

Customized or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect products.
🇧🇷 Brazil Customers
Customers in Brazil have 7 days from receipt to request a refund for unused items.
You must provide photo proof of the item’s condition. All items will be inspected before any refund is approved.
